With the client’s request of maximising the number of units on site whilst retaining a luxury, spacious feel within the units themselves this job proved challenging to achieve all the required outcomes…… but we did! The contemporary design had to fit in with the Southport character and the mix of 3 & 4 bedroom designs has enabled this development to stand out from the crowd within this priority development area. A resort styled pool area further compliments the development to accommodate owner occupiers and holiday stays.
