A Contemporary Stunner on the Gold Coast

This simple but elegant home was designed to suit a narrow block while making the most of its limited space. It is a whole lot of house for the block which brought the challenge of designing a house that maximizes its usable space whilst also minimizing its built form, making it less imposing to the streetscape. This was achieved through the use of low parapet roofs, articulation of the facade and a minimalist palette.
The block is situated in one of the most up and coming suburbs on the Gold Coast. Within walking distance of the most picturesque beaches, this design captures in the beachy vibe of Palm Beach while keeping it clean, modern and simple with its white façade.
