Our clients came to us with a blank canvas and no specific design requirements not long after I returned from a holiday in the Hamptons, Long Island, NY. I took inspiration from the modern homes that were taking shape in the area that has inspired so many of Queensland’s modern homes. With the restraints of a small lot at mind, a striking façade emerged from the pages to stand out between the small lot Queenslander homes in this quintessential Wynnum waterfront street.
This modern family home features four bedrooms, two living spaces, a double garage (often a luxury on small, narrow lots) and a kitchen/dining/living/outdoor area to die for. Many family memories are to be made in this wonderful home over the coming years.
