This warehouse conversion was undertaken to achieve new office space in a run down steel industrial warehouse. By utilising the existing framework, we were able to convert the building into a striking, modern office. The new facade showcases the contrasting substrates and brings a real difference to this busy road. The updated building contains two floors of office space and three carparking spaces – Who wouldn’t want to work here!?
