The brief for this forever home was to capture the breathtaking city views on all levels of the home, and for the façade design to be modern and timeless.
This is an impressive grand 3-storey residence with 5 bedrooms. Complete with a private wine cellar, theatre room and pool house, this family’s forever home has it all.
With an 8.2m fall over the site, the biggest challenge was achieving connectivity with the outdoor spaces from the front entry all the way to the pool. We collaborated closely with our in-house engineers to find the best solution for our clients, and everyone involved in the project.
We completed the home design, engineering, soil testing and 3D renders for this project.
