With a specific outcome in mind our client was wanting to achieve two Queensland style homes but with a twist. The brief was to create two homes with identical floorplans but with two very different facades on their difficult sloping block – one modern and the other traditional. We also had to emphasise the different levels of the house to take in the stunning Ashgrove views. The end result was spectucular (even if we do say so ourselves) with both properties sold after being on the market for only one week with sales prices that exceeded the owners expectations.
