With the City of Gold Coast having adopted the Southport Priority Development Area Development Scheme our client was looking to take advantage of the principles guiding the scheme that were created to remove barriers to development, boosting investor and developer confidence within Southport to ensure the delivery of a vibrant CBD. The result for our client was this Queen Street multi-unit development consisting of 2 two-storey duplexes and 2 two-storey single dwellings built on small lots designed by our Gold Coast team.
