The site presented to us was a difficult, sloping, short block with access issues to be considered during the design process. The site did have great views to the south-east from Balmoral Hill, that the client wanted to capture. The unassuming façade opens into a beautifully presented open plan home with views to the alfresco which encapsulates a mature tree that has been built within the deck.
