Our clients came to Rob with a unique shaped block of land that they wanted to utilise with an investment property. Where 3 units were an option the client wanted to live in one with their young family so room was an important factor in the design along with maintaining the existing pool to the rear of the site so the decision was made to go with a duplex. The rear unit was designed with plenty of space and natural light in mind whereas the front unit was designed as a rental that would compare with any other in the area. Magic!
