Firsty let’s talk size, because well size matters right? This magnificent home fits on just a tiny 300sqm block. The design brief was a 4 bedroom, 3 storey industrial/coastal show stopper, and our Gold Coast team nailed it with the first concept sent to the client!
The North East facing, open plan kitchen, living and alfresco creates such a large and light space perfect for the Gold Coast climate. The second level is designated for the kids with their own living space open to the voids below. The third level is a luxury parent’s hideaway, check out the automatic opening/closing skylights and THAT CONCRETE BATH!!
